At Pasha Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
